Welcome to Supa Girls Hostel
The Journey Behind Supa Girls Hostel
In 2006, I came to Kathmandu to pursue my bachelor’s degree. During that time, I realized how difficult it was to find a proper hostel focused on the needs of students especially girls. There were very few options that felt safe, clean, and supportive for academic life.
After completing my master’s degree, I carried that realization with me. In 2016, I finally turned that experience into action and founded Supa Girls Hostel. The name “Supa” comes from our home in Sudurpaschim Province, a short form that reminds us of our roots and values.
Supa Girls Hostel started with a simple vision: to create a home-like environment where girls from different parts of Nepal, especially from remote areas, can feel secure, focused, and cared for during their academic journey. Since 2016, we’ve been more than just a place to stay we’ve been a second home for hundreds of students.
